Overview

The programme in Environmental Science combines a passion for the environment and nature with the rigour of scientific disciplines. Its highly multi- and inter-disciplinary approach provides an all-round scientific background combined with technical competences and practical skills in the environmental field. Classroom lectures are complemented by exercises, workshops and field trips.

What will you study?

In the first two years, the programme provides a sound grounding in various disciplines (biology, chemistry, law, ecology, physics, geology, mathematics) with a constant reference to their environmental applications; the courses become more specific in the third year, when a curricular internship is also carried out outside the university.

The programme offers the opportunity to gain experience abroad through well-structured exchanges with various European and non-European universities; these include lectures, internships and activities preparatory to completing your thesis.
