How to get ready

What to do before you leave, how to take care of your Learning Agreement, application procedure at host University

1. You will receive notfication from the International Relations Area (DIRI) of the University of Bologna, in order to receive details about the application procedure at the host University, VISA, Health Insurance and other formalities.

2. Define your “Learning Agreement” on AlmaRM (See the specific instructions)
3. Upon LA approval by your Degree Coordinator, deliver the Individual Contract and copy of your Learning Agreement to the International Relations Area (DIRI) 
4. Enrolment at Bologna University for a.y. 2016/2017 must be completed by the deadline scheduled for individual degree programmes and in any case not later than 30 December 2016 in cases where late-paying enrolment is foreseen.

What to do while you are abroad

1. Upload the certificate indicating the effective start date of your study period at the host university on Alma RM.
2. Change  the Learning Agreement, if needed
3. Have your date of departure certified by the host university. N.B double check the date written by the host Unviersity, as this states the effective day to calculate the amount of your grant. No changes are accepted later on.
4. Collect your Transcript of Records, in ready (otherwise you will be receiving it later by regular mail).

After you come back

Draw your conclusion: have you registered all activities in the transcript of records? This is required to recognise ECTS

1. Upload the  Certificate of Attendance, indicating your date of departure,
2. Upload your Transcript of records on Alma RM (upon receipt)
3. Submit your recognition request of the exams and/or other learning activities undertaken abroad
