Information on how to prepare and present a study plan
The study plan is the complete set of exams that you need to sit in order to graduate. Some exams are compulsory, while others are elective.
A study plan can be presented by properly enrolled students who have paid their tuition fees and, in the case of NON-EU international students residing abroad, who hold a valid residence permit.
You can present and amend your study plan in two periods during the academic year 2023/24:
The last study plan presented will be deemed valid and no further amendments may be made.
In addition to the compulsory courses envisaged by the teaching plan, students can choose from the groups of choices of the course structure diagram.
Students are not allowed to select or replace courses which are not in compliance with the study plan regulations, except in exceptional and motivated circumstances which are subject to the academic board’s evaluation and positive assessment.
As for the language courses, the possibility to attend Russian Advanced depends on the positive entry test result, assessing the starting level of the student.
Guidelines for the study plan presentation for the a.y. 2023/24 will be available shortly in the relevant box on this webpage.
The study plan can be presented:
If you select elective subjects amongst those offered by the degree programme, there is no need for assessment and your plan is approved automatically and input to your career file.
On the other hand, if you want to choose exams not specifically offered by your degree programme, approval or otherwise will be decided by the Academic Faculty Board.
