After the Welcome Day, the programme of Inaugural Opening Events continues with
DHDK INAUGURAL OPENING MEETING
Morning Session
9.30 - 10.00 Francesco Ubertini (Rector of the University of Bologna), Costantino Marmo (Dean of the School of Arts, Humanities, and Cultural Heritage), Francesco Citti (Head of FICLIT), Simone Martini (Head of DISI) will publically welcome DHDK incoming students
10.00 - 11.00 Oyvind Eide, (Universität zu Köln) and Paul Spence (King's College London) will make a speech on DH education in an international dimension
11.30 - 13.00 Franco Niccolucci (VAST-LAB), Emiliano Degl'Innocenti (National Research Council - Italy), Fabio Ciotti (University of Roma "Tor Vergata") and Sara Tonelli (Digital Humanities research group) will give a lecture on DH centers, networks and infrastructures
Afternoon Session
15.00 - 18.00 Round table with stakeholders on teaching, internship, placement (editing and publishing, Web and social media, tools development)
