Health policy and planning analyst

Tasks

• Examines healthcare markets assessing the link between resource constraints, regulation, competitive structure and economic and health performance
• Examines markets’ failures and develops plans to reduce them
• Formulates plans for impact analysis of interventions in the health sector.
• Measures clinical and economic outcomes produced by interventions using statistical models for survey\administrative data
• Prepares reports, literature reviews and presentations 
• Develops international comparative analysis to identify best practices 

Skills

• Scientific knowledge in economics, political science, law and quantitative methods
• Propensity to continuously self-learn
• Critical thinking, organizational and communicative skills.
• Multidisciplinary attitude to analysis coupled with ability to synthetize
