The course offers a solid preparation in environmental economics, a critical understanding of the issues involved in sustainable development both from a theoretical and practical perspective and of the complex interactions between economic decisions, market forces, governmental policies and the environment.

The course offers a multidisciplinary training with a solid theoretical and empirical basis for in-depth analysis, with a constant focus on comparative and international perspectives. In addition, it includes practical activities for concrete application of the acquired skills.
