We invite applications from motivated and knoweledgeable applicants from all over the world. Applicants should hold a Master\'s degree or equivalent from a university in the field of Natural Sciences. It is also possible to apply when the master\'s degree is received within six months of the application deadline.
The Vienna Biocenter is a highly multidisciplinary environment, with research areas ranging from molecules to populations: RNA biology, gene regulation and epigenetics; Biochemistry, structural and cell biology; Stem cells and developmental biology; Molecular medicine; Neuroscience; Plant biology; Bioengineering and computational biology; and Evolutionary and population biology. Most importantly the scientific atmosphere is extremely dynamic and collaborative, students have numerous opportunities to meet, talk, listen and collaborate with fellow scientists.
