During the year the Faculty and its Academic Staff promote seminars, workshops and conferences whose aim is to deepen the knowledge of the subjects treated by the teachings of the Courses of Study. Furthermore the Faculty collaborates with vocational training bodies in the planning and realisation of the IFTS paths. Every year the Faculty organises a particularly important event: "Rimini Lectures in economic and finance" with internationally renowned speakers. Since some years the Faculty has proposed Summer Schools about subjects that are important for the curricular profiles.

In accordance with the plan of study, the participation to seminars and workshops determines the acquisition of 4 credits.

Workshops and Seminars

All the students enrolled in the degree courses have the opportunity to include in their academic career the experience of temporarily studying at foreign Universities inside the EU or in non-European countries. Since the first year of enrolment it is possible to put in for the scheduled announcements by carefully checking the participation requirements to the many opportunities of periods of study abroad offered by the University. The Faculty numbers 52 partner Universities in Europe and 131 activated scholarships.

The Faculty of Economics - Rimini provides:

• Scholarships for the thesis abroad;
• Internship abroad;
• Teaching courses in English.

International Relations Office

The final examination involves the production of a written dissertation, developed under the supervision of a professor from the degree programme and presented in public. The dissertation must contain original elements and demonstrate the ability for critical analysis.
