Within 7 days after the notification of the ranking, by February 24th, winners of the scholarships must send via email to cdl.gioca@unibo.it a statement that he/she accepts the scholarship.
The students awarded of the scholarship must fill in and sign the forms attached below:
* Certification of personal data
* Fiscal certification
* Self certification concerning the internship starting and end date (for insurance purpose)
These documents must be delivered to the Administration office of the School of Economics (first floor, dott. Federico Bellavita) or sent by email (in pdf format with a copy of the passport/identity card) to federico.bellavita2@unibo.it
Besides, the students awarded of the scholarship must carefully keep all the original travel receipts used for the internship abroad.
The successful applicant must begin the internship abroad within 6 months after the announcement of the ranking list. If the student does not carry out the internship within the period indicated, the scholarship must be returned.
At the end of the internship period, the student must provide to the Internship Office of the School the evaluation form and the daily diary previously given by the office. The internship period must correspond to the period indicated in the training project of the Internship Office signed by both parties. If the period abroad is shorter than the one indicated in the application, the student will have to explain to the Committee the reasons why the initial project has changed and to provide the certification required and the travel expenses evidences.
