Programme Coordinator

The Programme Coordinator is in charge of the International Master Degree course management. In particular, the activities carried out concern:

  • Master Degree programme management: Academics - Administration and logistics - Support to the Programme Director in his/her responsibility for the academic leadership and direction of the programme and in the organization of Workshops and Seminars
  • Promotion: communication, web and social media. Students and alumni relations
  • Admission procedures: managing national and international students' admissions
  • International relations: guidance for incoming and outgoing exchange students, in cooperation with the international relations office
  • Internships and placement: information and inputs to students, guidance and planning in close cooperation with the internship office
  • Quality Assurance: in collaboration with QA Committee
  • Guidance and support: in close cooperation with the other offices, the Programme Cooordinator ensures ongoing guidance and support in all matters related the the student's university career and prospects

The Programme Coordinator meets students individually, supporting them during the course of study. In addition, presentations and group meetings are organised to offer guidance and support. They include: 

  • International Welcome Week – IWW (September every year), addressed to incoming students, with welcoming events, a kick-off meeting and info-meetings to provide information about Campus services and facilities; immigration issues; intensive Italian language courses as well as social, cultural and intercultural activities that will take place throughout the whole academic year; 
  • Students group meetings will be held at least twice a year, at the end of each semester;
  • Master Degree Open/Welcome day for potential candidates, designed to present the course’s structure as well as the admission requirements and application procedure; 
  • Information on: Admission requirements procedures and deadlines, pre-enrolment at the Embassy, enrolment, matriculation, tuition fees, scholarships and benefits, Academic calendar, information on the Italian Higher Education system, International Desk support services, International Welcome Week, Buddy system, Italian language Courses, guidance on Ravenna Campus administrative support services, Intercultural training and activities, ongoing support and guidance, international mobility opportunities.
