The study plan is the complete set of exams that you need to pass in order to get your degree. Some exams are compulsory, while others are elective.
A study plan can be submitted by enrolled students who have paid their tuition fees and, in case of international students, who hold a valid residence permit.
You can submit your study plan in two periods during the academic year 2025/2026:
Study plans submitted by November 28, 2025 can be changed. After the deadlines, the last study plan submitted will be deemed valid and no further change will be possible until the next period. You will see the submitted study plan on your AlmaEsami profile right after submission. You can take an exam only if you have included it in your study plan and after the lectures are over.
Students who will graduate in March 2026, cannot submit a new study plan or change the study plan previously submitted.
Those who pay the enrollment fee for the A.Y. 2025/2026 and change the study plan will not be able to apply for graduation for March 2026 under any circumstances.
Please note:
Students enrolled in years after the first year, who wish to pick a different exam related to years prior to the year of enrollment, will NOT be allowed to take the exam until the end of classes for the current year.
In the choice group “One or more activities of your choice among all those activated in the University's Degree Courses” you can pick:
You can pick these kinds of activities
It is not possible to pick internships or laboratories, unless they are given as an option in your Programme’s study plan.
When you present your study plan online you can search for training activities by entering the subject code, the name or the name of the teacher.
To include in the free-choice credits teachings provided by limited access programmes, it is necessary to follow the following procedure:
If you are a regularly enrolled student who needs to present a plan for the current year of enrollment or to change a plan from previous years, you can fill and submit the plan by logging into Studenti Online with your university credentials. This service is active only during the periods when submission is allowed.
If you applied for a degree switch or transfer or you are enrolled to a second Degree Programme and asked for credit recognition (starting from A.Y. 2017/18) you can fill and submit the plan by logging into Studenti Online with your university credentials.
After completing the plan remember to click “save” so that your plan can be correctly submitted; we also recommend that you print a copy of the completed study plan. In fact, copying is the only means of verification in case of formal or substantive irregularities that may occur after uploading.
