These goals must be: measurable, meaning they can be assessed, achievable, so they are realistic for students, and assessable, which means they can be evaluated through tests or activities.
There are different levels of ILOs:
- Programme-level ILOs: These describe what students should learn across the entire degree programme.
- Course-level ILOs: These refer to the specific learning outcomes of each individual course.
