Degree Programme representatives work at the local level, representing students on the same programme as themselves. Their role is to gather feedback on the student experience on that programme and share that feedback with relevant staff, working with them to enhance the student experience for current and future students.
Programme representatives officially sit in the Degree Programme Board. However, they may communicate with staff throughout the academic year to resolve any collective issues - primarily focusing on learning and teaching - and provide and discuss feedback once a year.
Student representatives are officially appointed over specific elections, which take place once every 3 years. The election proceduresand the duration of their mandate are set by the University regulations. Information on elections here.
At present CLEF has not official, elected student representatives. However, some CLEF students have put themselves forward, on a voluntary basis, to temporarily and informally fill the position:
