Contact the Programme Coordinator of the degree programme to obtain information about the  international programme, i.e. expected learning outcomes, learning activities and career opportunities and clarify any doubts you may have about admission and selection procedures.

Guidance activities

The degree programme takes part in the guidance events promoted by the University and organises specific activities to present the characteristics of the curriculum and enable enrolled students to start their studies with all the information they need.

  • AlmaOrienta: held in February at Fiera di Bologna;
  • Meeting with first-year students: at the start of the lessons, meetings are held to talk about how the course units are organised and the related learning activities.
  • Open Days: during the February-May period, the degree programme organises a series of meetings that provide detailed information about admission procedures and the learning activities offered.

Guidance for enrolled students

Alma Mater provides students with various tools to maximise their University experience and obtain information and guidance during their studies.

For orientation and tutoring, the following figures are available:

  • The international mobility tutors, who collaborate closely with the International Relations Office of the Forlì Campus, the degree programme Coordinator and faculty of the degree programme;
  • The degree programme tutor, who works closely with the degree programme Coordinator in order to facilitate the ongoing communication between students and faculty and to constantly monitor all teaching and extra-teaching activities;
  • Subject-specific tutors, who may support the faculty in teaching activities and organise additional practice sessions for students;
  • The faculty of the degree programme.

The degree programme will activate support courses in case of additional learning requirements (OFA) that need to be satisfied. More in detail:

  • The additional learning requirement consists in the participation to the Mathematics support course. The additional leaning requirement activity includes lectures and practice sessions to improve and align all students’ knowledge of basic mathematics from their previous studies. The assigned additional learning requirement will be considered satisfied after passing the Mathematics examination.
  • Students who do not satisfy their additional learning requirements during the first year of the degree programme will not be eligible to take the following years’ exams. As a support activity after passing the additional learning requirement for Mathematics, a new tutoring activity will be activated in the form of 30 hours of the Mathematics Crash Course.

Students with disabilities and specific learning disorders may count on procedures and listening points organized by the University.
