The administration of student careers for this Curriculum is managed by several offices.
The Programme Coordinator Office provides students and academics with information and support on curricular matters, coordinating exams, degree-programme resolutions, curriculum-related activities and all necessary processes ensuring the smooth running of courses and degree programmes.
The International Relations Office promotes student mobility programmes by organising information events. It offers guidance on study opportunities within exchange programmes as well as support in applying for exchange programmes that include an internship abroad.
The Student Office provides informative support on study plans and students’ requirements; it provides guidance and consultancy regarding degree programme rules and systems, school degree programme admission tests/selection procedures, approval of academic progress and recognition of credits.
Moreover, it is in charge of the timetabling of classes/exams sessions and room allocation; recording of assessment results; co-ordination of exam boards and support to the so-called ‘Pratiche studenti’ board (in charge of processing and approving students’ Learning Agreement drafts/credit recognition/L.A. for traineeships)
The Student Administration Office is in charge of student careers from an administrative point of view – managing enrolment, graduation applications and transfers (from/to a different degree programme), issuing transcripts, certificates and copies, monitoring fee payment.
The Internship Office give students guidance on choosing and undertaking an internship. It also support businesses in drawing up internship agreements for curricular or training internships.
The International Relations Office of the Campus of Forli coordinates the international mobility programmes for study and internship, and provides information on study opportunities and internship under agreements with foreign universities. In particular the offices deals with: help desk and counselling for international student; registration international exchange students; supplying exchange students with documents; international relations with partner institutions; Staff and Teaching Staff training for Erasmus welcome; arranging informal meetings for incoming students.
