Preparing the study plan

Second year student can choose their track at the beginning of the academic year: 

- from 15 September to 17 October 2025 

Third year students can submit their choice about electives starting from September 2026.

After the deadlines, the last submitted study plan will be deemed valid and no further amendments may be made.

Studenti Online

The study plan must be submitted via Studenti Online by enrolled students, using their University usernames and passwords, who:
- need to add elective subjects to their plan;
- need to choose a track;
- need to amend choices made in prior years.

After making the desired choices, remember to click on “save” so that your study plan can be presented correctly.

It is also advisable to print a copy of your completed study plan. This copy is in fact the only way to check for formal or substantive errors that might arise after uploading your study plan.

Hard-copy forms

Students who are “fuori corso” (past envisaged completion time for the degree course) or who have transferred in cannot use the Studenti Online system and must use the hard-copy forms.
All parts of the form must be completed correctly and delivered to: student administrative office, during opening hours (e-mail segrimini@unibo.it) 

Approval of the study plan

Should you select electives among the offered  list, your plan is approved automatically.

Should you opt for other activities, the decision is made by the Degree Programme Board.
