Information on how to prepare and present a study plan.
The study plan is the complete set of exams that you need to sit in order to graduate. Some exams are compulsory, while others are elective.
A study plan can be presented by properly enrolled students who have paid their tuition fees and, in the case of international students, who hold a valid residence permit.
Please note : after the second year, '' fuori corso '' students who are regularly enrolled for the subsequent year and have paid their fees can change their study plan but if they decide to change it, they will not be eligible for the graduation session in March 2025; they will have to refer to the graduation sessions for A.Y. 2024/2025, so the first graduation session available for them will be in june- July 2025.
You can present and amend your study plan starting from the second year in two periods during the academic year:
The open windows for the A.Y. 2024/25 are:
- First period: from 06/09/2024 to 15/11/2024
- Second period: from 13/12/2024 to 14/02/2025
Students are required to add optional subjects to their study plan: minimum 9 CFU
Students are also required to choose among four options for final thesis ( see Course Structure Diagram) :
Students can decide to perform their internship/preparation for the final examination in Italy or abroad.
Following expiry of the deadlines, the last study plan presented will be deemed valid and no further amendments may be made.
The study plan can be presented via Studenti Online by enrolled students who, accessing the website using their University usernames and passwords:
- need to add optional subjects to their plan and select the typology of final thesis
- need to amend choices made in prior years.
After making the desired choices, remember to click on “save” so that your study plan can be presented correctly.
It is also advisable to print a copy of your completed study plan. This copy is in fact the only way to check for formal or substantive errors that might arise after uploading your study plan.
Students who have transferred form another degree programme cannot use the Studenti Online system and must use the hard-copy forms.
All parts of the form must be completed correctly and delivered to: Student administrative office, via Cattaneo n.17 Rimini during opening hours.
If you need help please ask to: cdlm.acs@unibo.it
If you select elective subjects from among those offered by the degree programme, there is no need for assessment and your plan is approved automatically and input to your career file.
On the other hand, if you want to choose exams not specifically offered by your degree programme, approval or otherwise will be decided by the Degree Programme Board.
