Laboratories supporting the Master's Degree Teaching Activities

Research laboratories (affiliated to the Department of Industrial Engineering and to the Interdepartmental Center for Industrial Research)

Our laboratories enable you to try out the knowledge you have acquired. They represent a point of reference for your learning activities thanks to the technologies available, the learning methods employed and the support provided by tutors with in-depth experience of laboratory work. All the courses of the Master's Degree offer thesis opportunities to be developed in our Labs.

Here is the list of the available labs, and their respective reference courses:

• The Applied Aerodynamics Lab is linked to the "Applied Aerodynamics" and "Experimental Aerodynamics" courses;
• The Flight Mechanics Lab is linked to the "Atmospheric Flight Dynamics" course;
• The MaSTeR Lab is linked to the "Aerospace Structures" and "Aerospace Technologies and Materials" courses;
• The Propulsion and Engines Lab is linked to the "Aerospace Propulsion Systems" course;
• The LASYM Lab is linked to the "Automatic Flight Control" course;
• The Virtual Reality and Rapid Prototyping Lab is linked to the "Design Methods in the Aerospace Industry" course;
• The Radio Science and Planetary Exploration Lab and the Microsatellites and Space Microsystems Lab are linked to the "Spacecraft Orbital Dynamics and Control" and "Spacecraft Attitude Dynamics and Control" courses.
