A.A.A. - Aviators of Italy Caravaggio Section, Ancillotto National University Prize Competition 2024

National Competition for the assignment of a University Study Award of the amount of 500.00 Euros, in memory of the Hero of the Air, Pioneer and Aviation Researcher, Lt. Pil. Giannino Ancillotto.

The Caravaggio (BG) Section of the Air Force Association - Aviators of Italy, entitled to the Gold Medal for Military Valor (MOVM) and 3 Silver Medals for Military Valor (MAVM) Ten. Pil. Giannino Ancillotto, chaired by the National Vice President A.A.A. - Aviators of Italy Dr. Antonio Maurizio Pellegri, has decided to hold the XIV National Competition for the assignment of a University Study Award of the amount of 500.00 Euros, in everlasting memory of the Hero of the Air, Pioneer and Aviation Researcher, Lt. Pil. Giannino Ancillotto.

The Study Award is offered by the Office Families. Cav. M° Ottorino Pellegri and M° Carolina Venizzoni (in past years it was offered by the Comm. Luigi Ancillotto family), in favor of a young graduate, in possession of a specialist master's degree diploma, for an original degree thesis relating to aeronautical disciplines , Aerospace and Aeromedical, in harmony with the diffusion of Aerospace Research, the protection of the environment and collective health.

Candidates must send their Degree Thesis, free of charge, in PDF format, in addition to the administrative documentation requested in the Notice, by 14 September 2024 to the email addresses caravaggio.285@assoaeronautica.it and antoniomaurizio.pellegri@gmail.com , specifying "Ancillotto Award 2024 - Surname Name - Title of the Thesis".

Participation in the Competition requires the Winner's acceptance to personally present his/her Degree Thesis on the day of the Award Ceremony. The University Study Award will be assigned by the President of the A.A.A. Section. - Aviatori d'Italia di Caravaggio, in place of the Board of Directors of the Section, on the proposal of the Judging Commission, whose composition is reported in the Competition Notice, and paid in a single solution during the Awards Ceremony of the traditional Festival of Angels on 6 October 2024 in Caravaggio.

The 2024 Ancillotto National Award, now in its fourteenth edition, is now a reference in the academic field of the sector, exactly like the previous editions and like the highly appreciated and decades-old AeroSpace evenings - Green AeroSpace Conference. Since 2010, in fact, it has been part of the context of the diffusion of Aeronautical and Space Culture throughout the territory, in full harmony with the Activities and Programmatic Lines of the Air Force - Aviators of Italy Association, precisely to understand and plan the best possible future.
