Pirelli is looking for ambitious and talented young engineers for their Internship and Warming Up Programmes.
Pirelli offers to students and recent graduates great opportunities for both internships and permanent contracts.
Internships are often the first step for a career at Pirelli. This internship is a 6-months paid training program which, if successfully completed, can lead to the WarmingUp Program.
Once hired with a permanent contract, graduates and junior hires will join WarmingUp@Pirelli, a programme that provides a set of learning and development opportunities for the first two years of work into the company.
WarmingUp@Pirelli introduces graduates and junior hires to all the company’s functions. This programme will make them experience in person plants’ work, R&D’s work and all other aspects from production to sales. The knowledge of the Company, of its products and processes, actually, is one of the key elements of the future success at Pirelli.
