Exam session organization

You have to enrol in exams at AlmaEsami using your unibo username (name.surname@studio.unibo.it) and password.

To enrol in an exam, it is necessary to:

• have completed the enrollment procedures inthe degree programme
• have paid for the tuition fees 
• be in line with the permit of stay

In case of any problems with the enrolment procedures, please get in contact with the programme coordinator of your degree programme (didatticaforli.em.info@unibo.it)

You can enrol in an exam in the following period only:

• Starting from 15 days before the exam date (for ex, if your exam date is on June 20^th you can enrol starting from June 5^th)
• by the following deadline:
  • within 4 days before the exam   (for ex, if your exam date is on June 20^th, you can enrol by June 16^th at midnight);

The results of exams are published online on Almaesami 

How you see the result:

- “Sostenuto (28)” means that you obtained the mark of 28/30 but it has not been registered yet.

- “Verbalizzato : 28, means that you obtained the mark of 28/30 and it has been registered in your career.

If you fail an exam, you will not be given a mark but the teacher will register that you decided not to finish the exam (“ritirato”) or that you failed it (“respinto”). This indication is not registered in your career so it will not affect the final average of your marks.

Moreover, you have the chance to reject the mark (and take the exam again) once for each course at least.

We would like to inform you that the Department of Management established that for all its international degree programmes, the number of exam sessions for each course will be 3 (three) for each academic year starting from 2025/26:

• Two exam sessions in the semester where lessons take place;
• One exam session in the September session (approximatively end of August – mid September)

The fourth exam session (in the semester where lessons do not take place i.e. June for 1^st semester courses and February for 2^nd semester courses) will not take place anymore starting from June 2026.

The fourth exam sessions of the academic year 2024/25 will take regularly take place (in June 2025 and February 2026).
