It's a job orientation project through the guided relationship between a junior, i.e. a student or postgraduate student (mentee) and a senior person already permanently employed (mentor).
The Project involves 2 to 4 meetings, in person or remotely, during which your assigned Mentor will support and guide you in your future career choices.
