Final Degree Examinations
Final degree examinations will be held in person only.
Graduation convocations will be available on Studenti Online. Through this platform, the date, time, location, and members of the Graduation Committee will be communicated.
Candidates are required to bring their own laptop computers. Graduation ceremonies will take place at the end of all thesis defenses scheduled for each day. Each graduating student is invited to have a maximum of 10 guests.
The session may also be attended remotely via the Microsoft Teams platform.
Rules of Conduct
Graduating students are required to comply with the following rules of conduct during graduation sessions:
- Arrive at the assigned venue punctually, in accordance with the scheduled time;
- Wait for one’s turn without causing disruption to other academic activities;
- Do not remain in indoor areas after the proclamation;
- After the proclamation, the use of confetti or other polluting devices is strictly prohibited, both indoors and outdoors;
- The consumption of food and beverages is strictly prohibited in indoor areas.
In the event of disorderly conduct, the President of the Graduation Committee is authorized to suspend the session.
