Student administration offices

The administration of student careers for this Degree Programme is managed by several offices.

Student Administration Office

The Student Administration Office is in charge of student careers from an administrative point of view – managing enrolment, graduation applications and transfers (from/to a different degree programme), issuing transcripts, certificates and copies, monitoring fee payment.

Degree Programme Office

The Degree Programme Office provides students and academics with information and support on curricular matters, coordinating exams, degree-programme resolutions, curriculum-related activities and all necessary processes ensuring the smooth running of courses and degree programmes.

Each Degree Course is assigned to a contact person for teaching that deals with processes and services in support of teaching (design, programming, quality assurance, student services) and provides technical-specialist assistance to the various interlocutors, internal and external, in synergy with the University’s central offices.

Internship Office

The Internship Office give students guidance on choosing and undertaking an internship. It also support businesses in drawing up internship agreements for curricular or training internships.

International Mobility Office

The Office promotes student mobility programmes by organising information events. It offers guidance on study opportunities within exchange programmes as well as support in applying for exchange programmes that include an internship abroad.
