To carry out some of its functions, the Course Council relies on committees composed of faculty members from the program. Below is a list of the committees, their functions, and contacts.
Quality Assurance Management Committee
The Quality Assurance Management Committee of the program supports the Course Coordinator in overseeing quality assurance procedures and promoting a culture of quality.
To achieve this, the Quality Assurance Management Committee is responsible for:
- Verifying the implementation of improvement actions approved annually by the Course Council in the review document.
- Monitoring student career progression, student feedback on educational activities, graduate satisfaction, and employment outcomes.
- Sharing the monitoring results with the Course Council.
The University has established that the Quality Assurance Management Committee of the program consists of the Coordinator, assisted by other Course Council members, including student representatives:
Seminar Committee
The Seminar Committee is responsible for:
- Establishing rules for the assessment and recording of Seminar activities (6 CFU), drafting an annual regulation.
- Organizing seminars, either in thematic cycles or as standalone events, on topics relevant to the educational objectives of the program. These seminars are open to all students and are advertised on the program’s website in the dedicated section.

Course Admission Committee
The Course Admission Committee evaluates the eligibility of students who do not meet the admission requirements specified in the program’s academic regulations.

Joint Committee
The Joint Faculty-Student Committee identifies critical issues related to the study program and the student experience and brings them to the attention of the relevant university bodies.
In particular, the committee:
- Monitors the study program, the quality of teaching, and student support services using specific evaluation indicators.
- Provides opinions on the creation, activation, modification, and discontinuation of study programs.
- May submit proposals to the School Council regarding teaching-related matters and the allocation of financial resources, as specified in the University Statute.
- Prepares an annual report, which includes observations on the progress of the program and the review process.
