The following guidelines for good practice are recalled with regard to the scheduling of exam sessions, as defined by the Degree Programme:

avoid, whenever possible, overlapping exam sessions for courses belonging to the same year of study;
-
avoid scheduling exam sessions during the teaching period, in order to allow all students to attend classes until their conclusion;
-
set exam dates well in advance, verifying classroom availability through the Engineering, Science and Architecture Degree Programme Office before publishing the exams on AlmaEsami;
-
schedule at least two exam sessions in the examination period immediately following the end of classes, and at least one in each subsequent examination period following the end of classes.
