To be admitted to the second cycle degree in Economics and Public Policy (LMEPP) it is necessary to hold an Italian undergraduate degree in one of the following degree classes:

L05 Lauree in Filosofia; L07 Lauree in Ingegneria Civile e Ambientale; L08 Lauree in Ingegneria dell'Informazione; L09 Lauree in Ingegneria Industriale; L14 Lauree in Scienze dei Servizi Giuridici; L16 Lauree in Scienze dell'Amministrazione e dell'Organizzazione; L18 Lauree in Scienze dell'Economia e della Gestione Aziendale; L29 Lauree in Scienze e Tecnologie Farmaceutiche; L30 Lauree in Scienze e Tecnologie Fisiche; L31 Lauree in Scienze e Tecnologie Informatiche; L33 Lauree in Scienze Economiche; L35 Lauree in Scienze Matematiche; L36 Lauree in Scienze Politiche e delle Relazioni Internazionali; L40 Lauree in Sociologia; L41 Lauree in Statistica; LMG1 Lauree Magistrali in Giurisprudenza; LM41 Classe delle lauree magistrali in medicina e chirurgia; LM13 delle lauree in Farmacia e Farmacia Industriale;
If you graduated (or will graduate) from a non-Italian University, the committee will ascertain the equivalence between the non-Italian and the Italian degree.
In case you do not meet the requirements above, the admission committee will verify, all the same, whether or not you hold the skills and competences needed to be admitted, on the basis of your CV and transcripts. If the committee identifies such skills and competences as adequate, you will be admitted to evaluation.
In any case, admission to LMEPP is conditional to an assessment by the committee, by means of the documents provided and according to the criteria specified in the call.
You can apply even if you have not yet obtained a Bachelor’s degree. However, you will have to obtain it within a specific deadline that is set annually and will be published at the page https://corsi.unibo.it/2cycle/EconomicsPolicy/how-to-enrol
The minimum level of English required is B2 (according to the CEFR). Meeting this requirement is essential in order to smoothly and profitably attend lectures and take exams. The English language requirement is met by satisfying one of the conditions indicated in the call.

Pay the first instalment of tuition fees (enrolment):
from 27th July to 26th October (from 27th October to 23rd November with an extra fee)
Bachelor's Degree graduation:
within 28th December 2023
Students may apply for admission even if they have not yet graduated from their Bachelor's. However, if admitted, they will need to graduate first, and only after that enrol in LMEPP.
Students with non-Italian qualifications: accepted candidates have to upload scanned copies of all qualification-related documents. To do so, please access StudentiOnline, select BANDI (“Calls for applications”) and then DOCUMENT UPLOAD FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS WITH FOREIGN QUALIFICATIONS - BOLOGNA CAMPUS. At a later stage, when you arrive in Bologna, you will need to make an appointment with the Student Administration Office for International Students (segstudintbo@unibo.it) and submit the original documents related to your qualification.
Non-EU citizens also have to show their permit of stay application receipt.
