The student residence is located in Via Roma, in front of the railway station in Rimini, very close to the campus buildings.
It covers an area of 5,000 square metres and offers double and single rooms as well as rooms for the disabled, all equipped with television, internet access, air conditioning, kitchenette and private bathroom facilities.
There are areas for socialising such as communal dining areas on each floor, a spacious foyer, internet room, TV/music room, gym with changing facilities, library, study rooms and meeting rooms. The residence also a storage shed for bicycles and mopeds, and communal laundry and ironing facilities.
