It’s an help desk for supporting all the students enrolled to the degree programmes of Engineering and Architecture area.
The help desk would not be specific about each programme, it would be a support for guiding the students through the website of the programme he/she is enrolled in, in order to find the information already available online or, otherwise, to find the contacts of the tutor and programme coordinator of the course or the proper office to contact for his/her problem.
Tutor desk will be held in presence from September 19 on.
