Project Description
The University of Bologna provides financial support to its students for studying abroad and preparing their graduation thesis. As part of the project, the candidate will be required to conduct research on international issues where the search for material abroad is relevant and produce a research project validated by the thesis supervisor.
To participate, students must be enrolled in a Master’s Degree program in the fields of Humanities or Languages and Literatures, Translation, and Interpreting.
For further details, consult the call for applications from the department corresponding to your program of study.
Incompatibility with Other Benefits
Study abroad grants for thesis preparation are incompatible with other EU-funded scholarships if they concern the same period of stay. Therefore, it is not possible to receive multiple grants for the same mobility period (double funding prohibition), but it is possible to engage in consecutive mobility periods in the same academic year, provided they serve different purposes.
Reporting
At the end of the stay, the scholarship recipient must submit appropriate documentation certifying the completion of the study, according to the procedures established in the call for applications.
