Following metaphorically the "wheat road," of food as a valuable political, economic and strategic resource as well as food, allows us to ask questions about some relevant contemporary phenomena only apparently distinct and distant, such as the wheat crisis caused by the war in Ukraine, the exploitation of migrants in the Italian and European countryside and the role of agricultural policies in development processes.

The meeting, which, will be implemented with the support of the LM I-Contact and Jean Monnet Modules (2022-2025) and will be held in Italian and English, aims to offer a multi-voice dialogue on the topics of development, migration and war.
