As part of the teaching program of the Italian L2 of the CLA linguistics section of Bologna, academic writing courses for international students enrolled at the University of Bologna will also be activated for 2019/2020.
In the first semester, the course will take place from September to December 2019.
The course aims to develop understanding and production skills for academic texts, with particular attention to the linguistic and structural aspects of an italian test.
Below are some detailed information and registration methods.
Course duration: 50 hours
Number of students: maximum 20.
Entry language proficiency required: advanced level Italian or intermediate high, B2, C1 and C2.
Cost: if it is the first Italian course done at the CLA, participation for students is free, while for courses following the first one a 210 euro contribution is required.
How to register: those interested must write to cla.italiano@unibo.it before 15 September 2019. In the registration email, students must: - declare that they wish to enroll in the academic writing course - specify their level of language proficiency - specify the course of study they attend.
Students will then be summoned to take a selection test which will consist of a written test.
The test will take place on Monday 16 September at the CLA classrooms in Piazza San Giovanni in Monte 4.
Registration will take place the same day as the written exam.
The course will be activated upon reaching at least 7 enrolled students.
