Dear Student,
Alma mater Studiorum is pleased to announce the Third Edition of Hikma's Summit of International Relations (HSIR), a big virtual festival which will last four days -from the 12th to the 15th of May 2022, organized entirely by students of our University within the Hikma association.
The 2022 edition of HSIR aims to address uncertainty and overcome today's challenges by projecting into the future and providing a key to understanding the nature of the major global challenges of today and tomorrow. The three pillars on which the summit is based are Future of People and Society, Future of Security, and Future of the Economics and Development.
This year, you will have the opportunity to hear from internationally renowned guests such as Robert Kaplan, one of the top 100 Global Thinkers, Katrin Nyman-Metcalf, Chair of the Supervisory Board of the Estonian Center for Human Rights, Caitlin Kraft-Buchman, founder and CEO of Women at The Table and Margaret Myers senior fellow at the Institute of International Affairs (IAI).
In addition to lectures and activities of various kinds, we are planning several workshops in collaboration with organizations such as DPO Innovation, the association Polis Politics, and the startup on Open Source Intelligence, Kaptor. I leave attached the brochure of the event that will be held in English.
A certificate of attendance will be issued if 70% of the conference attendance is reached and a certificate at the end of each workshop.
Attached, you can find the full program of the event.
