The René Cassin Award is attributed to recent gradutes from the universities of Emilia-Romagna regions. Candidates should have obtained a master degree from the course pertaining to human rights and human development during the period from 01 April 2018 and 31 March 2019.
The call for applications is similarly open to the residents of the Emilia-Romagna region who obtained the master degree from any Italian or foreign university during the above mentioned period.
The applications, duly signed, should be sent to the President of the Cabinet of the Emilia Romagna Regional Legislative Assembly, exclusively via e-mail to gabinettopresidenteal@postacert.regione.emilia-romagna.it within 1 July 2019.
