Security is You(th)
Security is You(th) by ASIS International Chapter Italy is a contest on corporate security issues involving university students from different universities.
The event is in its third edition in Italy, and this year it will also be extended at the European level to countries such as the Netherlands, France, England and Spain.
We therefore extend an invitation to students who wish to participate in the contest, in which a case study will be analyzed focusing on a theme of their choice among several, such as urban security and geopolitics.
Up for grabs will be a chance to obtain an ASIS International course/certification offered by the sponsors, which this year will include Everbridge Europe.
Specifically, the two days are expected to be structured as follows:
Day 1 - June 4th (online)
- Opening of the event, with a presentation of ASIS and the Security is You(th)! 2025
- Presentation of the case studies to the groups, consisting of a maximum of 3/4 people
- Independent work of the groups
Day 2 - June 5th (in-person, in Milan - Reply headquarters, via Robert Koch 1/4)
- Welcome coffee
- Opening of the day with an introduction by the president of ASIS International Chapter Italy
- Presentation of the case studies by the individual groups to the panel of judges, composed of both the ASIS board and the security managers in the audience
- Lunch
- Voting and announcement of the winning group.
