Information on how to prepare and present a study plan.
The study plan is the complete set of exams that you need to sit in order to graduate. Some exams are compulsory, while others are elective.
A study plan can be presented by properly enrolled students who have paid their tuition fees and, in the case of international students, who hold a valid residence permit.
You can present and amend your study plan in two periods during the academic year.
The open windows for the 2026/2027 A.Y. are:
- First period: from October 5th to November 26th 2026
- Second period: from January 11th to April 9th 2027
Following expiry of the deadlines, the last study plan presented will be deemed valid and no further amendments may be made.
The study plan can be presented via Studenti Online by enrolled students by using their University usernames and passwords for the following purposes:
- need to add optional subjects to their plan;
- need to choose elective courses;
- need to amend choices made in prior years.
After making the desired choices, remember to click on “save” so that your study plan can be presented correctly.
Please note that:
Students presenting their study plan within November 26th can modify their study plan for the current academic year during the subsequent period of presentation.
Following expiry of the deadlines, the last study plan presented will be deemed valid and no further amendments may be made.
Once the study plan has been filled in online, it is immediately available on the AlmaEsami platform.
Attention: Students intending to graduate within the academic year 2025/26 (=within the graduation session of March 2027), cannot present the study plan and modify the teachings which had been selected before.
Students who proceed with the payment of the first enrollment rate for the subsequent academic year and modify their study plan will not be able to present their graduation request for March 2027.
Attention: Students enrolled on academic years subsequent to the first one, who have the intention to change a teaching related to years preceding the year they are currently enrolled on, CANNOT sit nor verbalize the modified exam until the end of the lessons of the current year.
Students are asked to present the study plan exclusively in paper form if:
