If you wish to undertake a recognition request, you must submit the following documents to the Student Administration Office of Humanities the following documents: ·
- The "Request for Recognition form (available as an attachment), duly completed, signed, and affixed with a revenue stamp (marca da bollo);
- The "Certificate of working activity form" (available as an attachment), issued by the Host Organization on official letterhead, bearing the stamp and handwritten signature of the responsible person. The certificate must include the following information:
o The nature of the employment or volunteer relationship;
o The tasks performed, with details regarding the level of commitment, responsibility, and the student’s degree of autonomy.
The documentation, which may be sent in advance through the service Virtual Helpdesks – “Contact us.” in order to check whether it is complete, must also be delivered in its original form choosing one of these two options:
