The Department of Modern Languages, Literatures and Cultures (LILEC) offers 10 scholarships to deserving students who are registered, in the a.y. 2017/2018, in the first or second year of the Master's Degree in Language, Society and Communication (LANSCO). The amount of each scholarship is € 2.278,50.
The application will have to be submitted through the portal StudentiOnline, at the following link: studenti.unibo.it.
The deadline for submitting the application is : March 20, 2018 at 5:00 p.m. (noon)
FIRST YEAR STUDENTS

For first year students the ranking will be created according to the following criteria:
1) Graduation grade of first cycle degree, for a maximum of 4 points, divided as follows:
• Grade from 100 to 103: 1 point;
• Grade from 104 to 107: 2 points;
• Grade from 108 to 110: 3 points;
• Grade 110 cum laude: 4 points;
2) Number of credits (CFU) obtained before the deadline of the present announcement, for a maximum of 3 points, divided as follows:
• From 0 to 9 cfu: 1 point;
• From 10 to 18 cfu: 2 points;
• From 19 to 27 cfu: 3 points;
3) Study experience abroad, for a maximum of 2 points, divided as follows:
• Stay shorter than 6 months: 1 point;
• Stay longer than 6 months: 2 points;
4) Job experience related to the educational goals of the Course of Study in Language, Society and Communication for a maximum of 1 point;
In case of two or more candidates with the same score (ex-aequo), the following preferential criterion will be applied:

SECOND YEAR STUDENTS

For second year students the ranking will be created according to the following criteria:
1) Number of credits (CFU) obtained before September 30, 2017 for a maximum of 6 points, divided as follows:
• From 0 to 18 cfu: 1 point;
• From 19 to 27 cfu: 2 points;
• From 28 to 36 cfu: 3 points;
• From 37 to 45 cfu: 4 points;
• From 46 to 54 cfu: 5 points;
• From 55 to 60 cfu: 6 points;
2) Average of the grades for a maximum of 3 points, divided as follows:
• Lower than 25/30: 0 point;
• Equal to 25/30: 1 point;
• From 25,01 to 28: 2 points;
• From 28,01 to 30: 3 points;
3) Project for final examination for a maximum of 1 point;
In case of two or more candidates with the same score (ex-aequo), the following preferential criterion will be applied:
• number of honours;
• lower age;
Second year students must attach to the application form the following documents in.pdf format, under penalty of exclusion from the competition:
• project of final examination written on notepaper, dated and signed.

The project can be written in Italian or English and it has to show a clearly defined planning feature.
