Graduated in Linguistic Mediation at CIELS in Bologna, Federica transformed her passion and curiosity for languages into a strategic tool for corporate life. After experiences in technical translation and volunteering for foreigners, she found her professional playground at 24Bottles.
She now coordinates Corporate Gifting projects for international brands, acting as a “bridge” between client and company. She oversees collaborative product design, from welcome kits for new hires to corporate gifts, coordinating daily with the Design, Production, and Marketing teams. She manages the entire sales cycle, resolving challenges and building long-term trust-based relationships.
Veronica studied Modern Languages and Cultures in Pavia and specialized with a Master’s in Intercultural Communication in the Euromediterranean area at the Orientale University of Naples.
Her first professional challenge was at a Coding School, where she transformed social engagement into concrete action. She coordinated educational projects in high-unemployment areas (Southern Italy, Turkey, Egypt) and collaborated with UNHCR to create work corridors for refugees in Uganda. In this context, Veronica honed her project management and human relations skills in complex settings.
She later brought this vision into the corporate world. After an experience at 24Bottles, she now works as People & Culture Specialist, combining HR efficiency with a strategic mission: enhancing internal employer branding and workplace wellbeing, prioritizing listening to and valuing every employee.
