Speaker: Francesco De Meo
Human Resources Director Italy at Beautyge Italy S.p.A. (Revlon Inc.). He has extensive experience in multinational environments, with a focus on organizational design, industrial relations, talent management, and change management. Previously, he held roles of increasing responsibility within Atlas Copco Group and Luxottica. He holds a Law degree from the University of Bologna and is a qualified attorney.
