Student voices - ERASMUS PARTNERSHIPS

Studying at the University of Antwerp gave me the chance to meet new people, cultures, and traditions in a completely new environment, which broadened my perspectives and connections. Although I attended both economic and legal courses, studying at the law faculty provided me with a unique chance to deepen my understanding in this field.  Antwerp’s central location allowed me to experience a truly multicultural environment, especially through the activities organized by the Erasmus office and the ESN association.

PIETRO TROTTER - A.Y. 2023/2024

My exchange in Belgium at the University of Antwerp was a great opportunity for growth and enrichment. The university is beautifully organized and ranks among the top universities in the state, especially for the legal area. The multicultural and inclusive environment I found myself in was a great motivator.

MARTA ALBERINI - A.Y. 2023/2024

Living in Krakow has been a life-changing experience for me. I had the opportunity to meet international students and share incredible moments with them, creating lasting friendships and unforgettable memories. This experience allowed me to immerse myself in a rich cultural exchange, broaden my perspectives, and step outside of my comfort zone. It gave me the chance to reinforce my confidence, improve my language skills, and grow both personally and academically. My Erasmus at Jagiellonian University not only enriched my education but also shaped the way I view the world and my place in it.

FRANCESCA MAFFEI - A.Y. 2023/2024

My Erasmus experience at Jagiellonian University in Krakow was truly transformative. Studying at one of Europe’s oldest universities felt like a privilege, offering both a rich academic tradition and a vibrant international environment. The university and the city itself have a dynamic, cosmopolitan feel, with countless opportunities to explore diverse cultures and ideas. Beyond the academic side, Krakow is an exciting and student-friendly city, with a blend of historical charm and modern innovation that provides endless things to see and do.

GABRIELE PIVA - A.Y. 2023/2024

During my exchange semester at Phillips University of Marburg, I had the chance to deepen my economic background. The professors are very professional and the prevalent activities are group work and presentations. The accommodation provided by the university is a single rooms in student halls, with shared kitchen and bathroom facilities. A great opportunity to enjoy the common areas and meet new people. The experience I would most recommend is the orientation programme for international students. This consists of two weeks of activities accompanied by tutors (young people of the same age from the host university), who will follow you through the formalities (sim card, university internet, medical insurance and so on). This is an opportunity to get to know all the people who, like you, have arrived in a new place and are looking for new contacts. Highly recommended experience!
