The deadline to apply for credit recognition for students who took part in events of the Festival della Scienza Medica - IX edition for at least n. 8 hours is Monday, 11 December 2023.
How to apply for recognition
- Download, fill in and sign the 'Application for recognition' form available in the 'Attachments' box of this web page - one single application (= one single form) must be submitted for all events, even if they took place in different days of the Festival - IX edition;
- Attach the personal participation certificates issued by BolognaMedicina to participants at the end of Festival della Scienza Medica - IX edition events;
- Attach a final report about Festival event contents and how your participation enhanced your academic learning experience;
- Submit the form and all required attachments, plus a copy of a valid ID, to your Student Administration Office (see contact details page) from your institutional name.surname@studio.unibo.it email account.
Please note that incomplete applications, or applications submitted by non-institutional email accounts, will not be considered.
