Festival della Scienza Medica - X ed. focuses on how knowledge of the complex relationship between communication and health can be a positive factor for the health of both individual citizens and the community. Furthermore, in a world increasingly dominated by the media, spreading awareness of how accurate information about developments in medical science positively affects health is the most effective antidote against the mistrust and skepticism sometimes induced by the emphasis on dysfunctions and deficiencies of healthcare services.

Credit recognition for Festival attendance
Students who take part in Festival events during at least the events of 24-25-26 November 2024 may apply for credit recognition according to the following conditions and deadlines.
How to apply for credit recognition
- Download, fill in and sign the 'Application for recognition' form available in the 'Attachments' box of this web page;
- Attach the personal participation certificates issued by Festival management to participants at the end of Festival della Scienza Medica - X edition events
(PLEASE NOTE: pre-registration to Festival events is recommended to receive attendance certificates - see pre-registration form);
- Attach a final report about Festival event contents and how your participation enhanced your academic learning experience;
- Submit the form and all required attachments, plus a copy of a valid ID, to your Student Administration Office (see contact details page) from your institutional name.surname@studio.unibo.it email account.
Please note that incomplete applications, or applications submitted by non-institutional email accounts, will not be considered.
Deadlines
Applications for credit recognition must be submitted according to the conditions outlined in this web page by 15 April 2025.
