The Master's Degree in Work, Organisational and Personnel Psychology (WOP-P) will offer two curricula/tracks:
1. Occupational Health Psychology.
The new curriculum, named "Occupational Health Psychology" focuses on deepening the field of psychological intervention related to occupational well-being, with particular reference to the challenges that technological and social changes pose for the promotion of health, safety and inclusion of workers. During their training, students will learn the theoretical models of the discipline and acquire tools for professional practice.
The curriculum will not foresee mandatory mobility abroad.
All teaching activities will take place in Cesena.
Selection will be managed by the University of Bologna. Written exams and interviews will be conducted in June 2021.
