The study plan is the complete set of exams that you need to sit in order to graduate. Some exams are compulsory, while others are elective.
You can submit the study plan if:
If you plan to graduate by the end of the former academic year (March session), you cannot submit or change your study plan in the current academic year.
You can submit and amend your study plan in the following periods:
- First period: from 03/10/2022 – to 30/12/2022
- Second period: from 01/03/2023 – to 31/03/2023
Following expiry of the deadlines, the last study plan presented will be deemed valid and no further amendments may be made.
The study plan must be filled in and submitted through StudentiOnline.
You need to fill in your study plan in order to:
- add optional subjects to your plan;
-amend choices made in prior years.
After making the desired choices, remember to click on “save” so that your study plan can be presented correctly.
During the two periods in which the study plan can be submitted, you can submit and amend it without limitations. Once the deadline for submission expires, the latest submitted study plan will be considered valid and no more amendments will be accepted. The study plan you submit online is automatically approved and the list of courses can be found in your career.
Remember that you can take an exam, after the end of lectures, only if you have put it in your study plan.
If you are interested in adding a course from the free choice learning activites section that is not among those listed, but offered by one of the degree programmes of the Science area, use the search tool Insegnamento a scelta su VICEPRESIDENZA 20 - Presidenza della Scuola di Scienze sede di Bologna available at the bottom of the page on the online submission platform of the study plan. Search the course you are interested in by code course only.
Please note that if the course you are interested in is offered by a degree with a restricted access, you would have to submit your request through this form, which is to be sent to the Didactic Office scienze.didattica@unibo.it in the pdf format from your @studio.unibo.it account during the two periods in which the study plan can be submitted.
The form will be submitted to both the degree programme Director and the degree programme which offers the course, hence the procedure will take up to several weeks. You will be updated by the Didactic Office once your request has been evaluated.
You need to submit your choices related to the Final Examination during the two time periods when it is allowed. If, for any reason, you fail to do so or you need to change your choices related to the Final Examination, you can do so by writing an e-mail to scienze.tirocini@unibo.it. Please note in the e-mail the code and name of the learning activities you need to add and remove. The Internship Office will evaluate your request and update your study plan if needed.
