Courses are delivered to small groups of students in highly technological facilities. The MA is part of the European excellence network of Master’s in Translation, and has strong connections with major language industry stakeholders.

What will you study?

The MA offers courses in technical translation into multiple language directions. Based on your preferences, you can decide to also focus on creative forms of translation, like videogame localization and subtitling, or to acquire a deep understanding of language technologies, including multilingual artificial intelligence. All students take internships conceived to guide them into the job market.

Experiences abroad

The MA offers a wealth of opportunities to study abroad. These include one-semester study periods in EU and non-EU universities (through the Erasmus+ and Overseas programmes), but also longer and more structured opportunities, like the METS mobility programme, and especially our double degrees with the University of Granada (Spain), Rosario (Argentina) and Monash (Melbourne, Australia).
