Curriculum Data Science offers the methodological tools to train specialists able to process, analyse and interpret information for decision-making problems and complex problems under uncertainty.
The curriculum extends over two years: during all study great importance is paid on both foundational aspects of statistics and specialistic skills, on the knowledge of appropriate software used to manage information and on the analysis of case studies.
The Degree Programme prepares data scientists and experts able to manage and analyse data, including big data and complex information. They will have access to public administrations, national and international research centres, public and private companies.

The curriculum enables students to obtain the knowledge and tools needed to the investigation, analysis and prediction of socio-demographic and health problems.
The learning outcomes are achieved using teaching methods that include theoretical study, labs and the practical application of the learned concepts. The curriculum extends over two years.
Graduates will be biostatistics and experts in population problems able to organise complex experimental investigations and extrapolate information from them, to make prediction and interpret the results. They will have access to a wide range of national and international statistical positions in public and private companies and research centres, including local health authorities, epidemiological units and pharmaceutical centres.

Curriculum Official Statistics offers the methodological tools to produce and analyze the official statistics at national and international level for data-driven policy and decision-making processes.
The curriculum extends over two years: studies during the first year focus on methodological and specialist tools in statistics; the second year consists of courses that enable students to acquire specialist skills and a compulsory internship in companies producing official statistics.
Graduates will be able to collect, produce and interpret indicators from databases for studying and monitoring social, economic and demographic phenomena from both a static and a dynamic standpoint. They will have access to national and international statistical positions in public administrations producing official statistics.
