Call for Applications for International Mobility programme within the cooperation agreements of the department 2023/24 – Department of Arts

For the a.y. 2023/24, a financial support is foreseen only for the exchange with UADE campus.

Project description

To participate in the project, students must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree programme of the Department of Arts; specifically in one of the following Degree programmes:

  • L -3 - Discipline delle arti, musica e spettacolo
  • L -20 - Scienze della comunicazione
  • L -3 - Culture e pratiche della moda
  • LM- 89 - Arti Visive
  • LM- 65- Cinema, Televisione, Produzione multimediale
  • LM- 19 - Informazione, Culture e Organizzazione dei Media
  • LM -45 & LM-65 - Discipline della Musica e del Teatro
  • LM-65 - Fashion Studies

The application form must be submitted by 17th November 2022 at 13.00. The deadlines are definite and applications received after the deadline will not be accepted.

The assessment will be carried out by the commission within a month after the application deadline and the ranking list, with student registration numbers ‘matricola’, will be published on the Department’s website.

The scholarship for students participating in the exchange with UADE campus, will be granted before departure and after the approval of the learning agreement.

 

Incompatibility with other benefits

Study grants for writing the thesis abroad are incompatible with other EU scholarships if they concern the same stay. Therefore, regarding a single mobility period, it is not possible to benefit from more than one study grant (prohibition of double funding). However, it is possible to benefit from consecutive mobility periods in the same academic year, only if these have different purposes.

 

Report

At the end of the stay, the scholarship holder must produce suitable documentation certifying the actual carrying out of the study on the basis of the procedures established by the Call for Applications.

Mobility during the pandemic

Should restrictions arise, related to the inhibition of the COVID-19 spread by the host country, the projects that will benefit from the contributions may be subjected to changes.

In these cases, it will be necessary to immediately contact the relevant office, in order to determine the next steps.
