ENGLISH B2 TEST: News for the 2025/2026 academic year
The CLA organizes test sessions to assess English language skills for the candidacy of international master's degrees.
The test results in a CEFR level equal to the student's competence: Oxford Online Placement Test therefore recognizable as an incoming B2 certification
HOW TO PROCEED TO BOOK THE THE TEST
1) Only those who wish to apply for Law and Economics of International Finance curriculum can take the test
2) The test will be administered online via the Oxford platform with the support of the Zoom platform for proctoring. The test can be taken from home.
3) The shifts reserved for those wishing to enroll in Law and Economics of International Finance are:
Round 1: 20 and 21 March, h. 9 and 11, deadline for enrollment 13 March 2025 h.11
Round 2: 10 and 11 April, h.9 and 11 deadline for enrollment 3 April 2025 h. 11
Round 3: 07 and 08 May, h. 9 and 11 deadline for enrollment 29 April 2025 h. 11
Round 4: 25, 26 and 27 June, h. 9 and 11 deadline for enrollment 18 June 2025 h. 11
4) The interested student must send an email to the address didatticasociale.tutorleif@unibo.it by the by the deadline of each round. It is strongly advised to send the aforementioned email at least a few days prior the deadline, in order to allow the registration procedure to be fulfilled within the deadline.
5) To participate, the student must have an address @ studio.unibo.it. If you are not a unibo student or if you have not already obtained for other initiatives (Almaorienta for example), you must pre-accredit yourself using the Studenti On-Line (SOL) platform on the Unibo website by obtaining credentials @studio.unibo.it
6) All information on how to access the test will be communicated through the unibo institutional email address BEFORE THE TEST

In order to apply for LEIF you have to:
1) Log in on https://studenti.unibo.it
2)Select the box "Entrance exams or entry requests"
3)Choose and tick the "Second Cycle Degree Program" line then click the "Next" button at the end of the page
4) Tick the "Economia e diritto - clamed" box and then clik on the button "next" at the bottom of the page
5)Click the "Curriculum Law and Economics of International Finance..." line and then press the "next" button at the bottom of the page
then you can proceed with the rest of the online application (check the attachment box for pictured guidelines)
Check of curricula and personal preparation requirements
If you have a foreign qualification read the specific information before continuing.
If you are a non-EU citizen resident abroad read the specific information prepared for you.
If you graduated from a University of Bologna degree programme you can check if you satisfy the curricula requirements by accessing Studenti online:
1. Select “Degree with exams, dates and grades” from the “Certificates and self-certifications” section and then select “self-certifications”.
2. Download the list of all exams sat during the previous curriculum followed, together with the related University educational credits and corresponding subject groups.
3. Examine your University career on your own and compare your career with the access requirements for the degree programme.
4. Access Studenti online and complete the "self-certification of access requirements” form in the Matriculation section.
If you graduated from another University, you can check if you satisfy the curricula requirements by downloading from the website of your previous University the career self-certification form, as well as the list of all exams sat during the previous curriculum followed, together with the related University educational credits and corresponding subject groups. If your University does not have an on-line self-certification form, complete the "declaration in lieu of certification" form available from Studenti online.
