Information on how to prepare and present a study plan.
The study plan is the complete set of exams that you need to sit in order to graduate. Some exams are compulsory, while others are elective.
A study plan can be presented by properly enrolled students who have paid their tuition fees and, in the case of International (extra-UE) students, who hold a valid residence permit.
The study plan can be filled in and edited in two Windows during the academic year.
Students can complete the Study Plan for the a.y. 2023-24 in the following two periods:
1st period: from 28th September to 20th October 2023*
- 1 December - 16 December 2023 (ONLY for enrolling students or students transfering from another university)
2nd period: from 11th January to 23th February 2023
(*) teaching activities among the so called "transversal competences" of UNIBO project will be selectable from October 10th 2023
After the deadlines, the last uploaded study plan will be considered valid. No further editing is allowed past the deadlines.
Please note that:
- if a graduating student (enrolled in the a.y. 2021/2022 at his/her second year) changes the Study Plan in the a.y. 2022/23, he/she will NOT be allowed to graduate in December 2022 or March 2023;
- it is NOT allowed to take exams of elective courses before the academic year in which these activities are planned in your course plan;
- it is NOT possible to fill in the study plan outside the above mentioned periods.
The study plan can be presented via Studenti Online by enrolled students who, accessing the website using their University usernames and passwords:
- need to add optional subjects to their plan;
- need to choose a curriculum;
- need to amend choices made in prior years.
After making the desired choices, remember to click on “save” so that your study plan can be presented correctly.
It is also advisable to print a copy of your completed study plan. This copy is in fact the only way to check for formal or substantive errors that might arise after uploading your study plan.
Students who are “fuori corso” (past envisaged completion time for the degree course) or who have transferred in cannot use the Studenti Online system and must use the hard-copy forms.
All parts of the form must be completed correctly and delivered to: Xxxx administrative office, via xxx during opening hours.
If you select elective subjects from among those offered by the degree programme, there is no need for assessment and your plan is approved automatically and input to your career file.
On the other hand, if you want to choose exams not specifically offered by your degree programme, approval or otherwise will be decided by the Degree Programme Board.
